Mr. Desai held various positions in the company’s Information Systems Division including Vice-President Software Services. ITC Ltd's subsidiary ITC Infotech India Ltd is aggressively pursuing emerging opportunities in e-enabled services and business process outsourcing. Mr. Desai also held the position of CEO in ITC Infotech’s UK subsidiary where he was responsible for its European operations. He also was the head of ITC Infotech's US subsidairy responsible for its North American operations.
