Refund and Cancellation Policy

At OpenPixel Web Solutions Private Limited, we take pride in the quality of our work and our commitment to delivering high-quality Web Design, Development, Digital Marketing, and Print Design services. Because our services involve significant labor, creative effort, and digital resources that are consumed in real-time, we adhere to a strict refund policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to OpenPixel Web Solutions Private Limited are non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Initial deposits/setup fees.
  • Milestone payments.
  • Monthly retainers for Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, etc.).
  • One-time design or development fees.

Once a project has commenced, resources are allocated, and creative/technical work has been performed; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, including project cancellation by the client, changes in business direction, or dissatisfaction with creative choices.

2. Service Delivery and Payment Dues

Our commitment to delivering the final product is contingent upon the fulfillment of the client’s financial obligations.

  • Withholding of Deliverables: OpenPixel Web Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to withhold the delivery of websites, source files, design assets, login credentials, or the "going live" of any project if there are any outstanding payment dues.
  • Project Suspension: In the event of non-payment or delayed payments as per the agreed-upon milestones, we reserve the right to suspend all ongoing services (including hosting and digital marketing campaigns) until the account is brought current.

3. Client Responsibility and Revisions

  • We encourage active client participation and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • It is the client's responsibility to provide timely inputs, content, and feedback.
  • Our proposals outline a specific number of revision rounds. Any requests beyond the agreed scope or revisions requested after final approval may incur additional charges but will not entitle the client to a refund of previous payments.

4. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party expenses, including but not limited to domain registration, premium hosting, stock photography, paid plugins, or advertising spends (Google Ads/Meta Ads), are paid directly to those entities or disbursed immediately and are strictly non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel a project, a written notice must be provided. Upon cancellation:

  • OpenPixel Web Solutions Private Limited will cease work immediately.
  • The client remains liable for any work completed up to the date of cancellation that has not yet been paid for.
  • No previous payments will be refunded.

6. Modifications to Policy

OpenPixel Web Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of your payment will apply to that specific transaction.
